Hi Kieith! Is your pic on the wall at Cue & Cushion? If it is.. I am really embarassed!! As you know they have a zillion pics on them walls. Did you ever play there? I will just have to put on my glasses and go all over them pics one by one, this will take me an hour. I hope they won't charge me table time! ;)

Kieth.. If you did play at Cue & Cushion were those older guys there around the one pocket table? Just wondering, they tried to get me to play one pocket but, since I have never played the game I declined. They were probebly planning on whupping me! :D

Cut Shot, I've played in a few Cue and Cushions. Which Cue and Cushion is it? Refresh my memory. I've been over there with Dave Matlock, and we were playing across the border in Cohakia.

Its the Cue & Cusion located on Woodson Road and very close to Midland Blvd. in the Township of Overland Missouri.

Cut Shot - From One Of Those "Old Guys".

I may have been one of those guys around the one-pocket table in the back of the Cue & Cushion Pool Room in Overland. My pic is all over the place but I don't remember seeing Keiths.
Cue & Cushion is one of the best rooms in St. Louis and strives to please the top players. It is Family Owned by the Huddelstons and the founder (Bob) was a class act and a real gentleman. A great business run by a great family.
Keith was referring to The Break in Cahokia where David Matlock & him where playing at one time. I spend my spare time ( and lose all my money) at one of the two places. You can't miss me! Just add 28 years & 140 lbs to the pic above and thats me.

Thanks Tom! Yep.. I dont believe Kieths pic is there. Next time I go I will check anyways. I just missed Jenette Lee by a weekend, she was taking on everyone that wanted to play! Darn the luck!! :(

the old Cue and Cushion

That pool room there has seen a ton of good players, pros and hustlers my friend. OHB knows what he's talking about, the famous St. Louie Roberts hung around that pool room.....along with Cliff Joyner, Nick Varner, and many other great players. It's also a great place to buy a new cue in case you didn't notice. I spent many of hours in that place watching some great one pocket games.

Cheers
