I am beginning to design a cue for myself with the "Purple Heart" military theme in mind. I am wondering where one goes for ideas. I am having a local cue maker do it. Thanks in advance.

Look around at different sites ... Proficient ... Type custom cues in Google and then click images .... Just browse around and derive ideas from those examples

Go to different cue makers website and look at what they have built or have to offer .... Also depends on what you local builder is capable of ... You don't want to overwhelm him

This,,,,,, is why I recommend just talking to the cue maker.

I'm small time but do build a few cues a month and design is absolutely my hardest part. I have 4 partial built cues that have been that way for weeks cause I can't pull the trigger on the look
