Do any of you recommend this product for sealing the pores on cue shafts? If not, are there any products out there that you can recommend? Thanks in advance!

Most use their own sealing compound which is usually a sanding sealer with their own special ingredients added. I use a straight sanding sealer that I bought locally. The company has gone out of business and now I am looking for a good replacement myself.

Chris Hightower sells a shaft sealer that has worked well for me for many years. It's best applied with the shaft spinning (in a lathe or perhaps on a drill motor?). I've tried several of the others but choose to stay with Chris'.

Yes, I do use Dr. Cue Wax. I don't use it for the sealing, but rather the final polish. It slicks them up pretty good and keeps them clean.

Anyone local?

How about taking it to a local professional to have it done and then you maintain it from there. Just a thought if you have someone where you are.
