Here's another to consider...
I purchased one of these http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=297409&highlight=extension from ToomnyQs here on AZB and it works well. I've only used it a few times, haven't had any issues with it and actually like this product.
It's similar to the one Seyberts has and from what I can tell the only difference is the one Seyberts sells extends and the one ToomnyQs sells doesn't.
