Cue Finish

Ran across this product and was curious if anyone has any input on if it would be a good option for a finish coat on a cue? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Being a spar varnish, I bet that it has an amber tint.

$38 a quart is a high price for finish.

That one is clear and should work. Have you ever tried water borne finish? I use one and it works great for me.

[Russell Cues]

If im not mistaken, it would "yellow" over time, most of it is an amber color. I had a sailboat, with Dad im miami before Andrew ripped it loose from the mooring and we used spar urathane finish on the bright work on the top side, it finish's nice but I dont know about spar for cues ? Worth a test anyway .
