cue from a living legend

hi,
this is a joss west cue made in the late 80 early 90. i think bill was the best cuemaker in this time. it is made from ivory, pink ivory, ebony and premium birdseye maple . the cue hits like a cannon. could you please tell me your opinion on bills cues? how is the market value today? any info is welcomend.

I really like the inlay work on this one and the stained forearm is a nice combination as well.
