Cue help...somewhat of a noob(sorry in advance)

I don't think you'll be disappointed Nowski. We all love breaking out a new piece of wood.
Just keep in mind that tuning "a different tip or a slight weight change" can effect a cue quite a bit as well. Have fun.

I looked it up, it comes with a triangle tip I use them on all my shafts, as do many other people here as well.
You have your self a common standard cue to work from, make adjustments to your liking. It also has a 12 and 1/2 inch taper I like being able to let my stroke out, that tapper will let you do that.

I'll definitely tinker with it a little, thanks!
