Still looking for info, So far I have heard Adams or Espiritu, the hex head bumper screw and 5/16x14 are standard for these?

picture with bumper removed

I removed the hex screw holding the bumper and it goes into a weight bolt. I took a picture and will try to get better ones

any help appreciated.
