I stumbled across this old house cue conversion. Anyone know who made it. Rambow is the name that keeps coming up from the locals but I would love to have someone confirm the maker, thanks.

yeah, i think the weight stamp is a dead give away. too bad decal on the butt is gone. bumper doesn't look like anything original.
i am no expert, but a look at the blue book and it might be a tru-balance.
