Cue ID help please.

4prong splice w xtra inlays. & veneers. W or w/o Windows... Would really like to track down either of two Szam's I've had made for me. That's only a want, ... Would like a nice Black or A Scruggs, as I've played with both and loved just about all I handled.!

The veneers look Phillipi. He did copy everything. Show the pin and pilots and you might have your answer real fast.

Scruggs pilots on the shafts are a good clue. runde & McDaniel use similar pilots. thin band of black material below the brass female.

AZB never found out if this a TS cue or not?
I'm not expert or cue whizz... I've seen similar characteristics on Richard Black cues..
