Cue ID help

Can someome help me ID this cue. Joint is .817, top of wrap 1.06, butt 1.25. Butt and both shafts are 28.5 inches. Ivory ferrules on both shafts. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Looks like Richard Black to me, but I'm no expert.

Cue ID

I appreciate the input. This cue has a 5/16 x 18 pin so I don't think it is a Richard Black. The ringwork and pin look a lot like the "Original Ginacue" in the Wanted/For Sale section but my cue is not marked Ginacue anywhere. I don't think I've ever seen a Gina that was not marked or signed so I'm not about to identify my cue as a Gina. Any further ideas would be appreciated.

I've got an old Gina...same fore-arm.
The design on the collars look the very same.
...And it's 18 thread.
If it's not a Gina...it's a damn good copy

Thanks for your help PT 109. I bought the cue at the DCC and thought it might be a Tad or Gina. I don't think it's a tAD but it might be a Gina
