Cue ID please

Can one of you cue gurus tell me the maker of this cue? Also a price range. I took off the irish linen wrap to see if it had an A joint or if it was full splice. It has both...... kind of strange to me but maybe the rest of the handle was warped too badly, I don't know.
Any ideas?
No markings at all on the cue.

Import and not very high end. You can even see the spline in the butt cap. It is just press fitted on a sign of a cheaply made cue. Value would be as a cue to play with not a lot of monetary value.
