One of my friends picked up this cue for $200 and after seeing the inlays I am pretty sure he got a good deal but I'm not sure how good of a deal. Can anyone tell me?

According to the 3rd edition Blue book this cue in 98% condition is worth $420, 90% $375, and 70%, $200. Looks like she made a good buy!

i dont think the leather wrap was put on a stamboulini dont have the blue book description but yes quite a nice cue
