Any ideas gentleman?

I have an idea, but could use another set of experienced eyes. It'll be here in a few days, so these pics will have to do.

My apologies for the picture sizes.






 
I would say it's an Adam cue or
Asian made cue. Because of the joint pin.
Palmer joint pin don't come to a point, they
are more rounded.
