Just bought this on CL and I have no idea who made this. I'm pretty good at figuring these out, but I don't know these telltale signs.

Stainless, or more likely nickel silver, over brass sleeve

The butt is 28 1/4"
Shaft is 29", but it has a slip on tip.

The joint and buttcap match a department store import I had once, but the woods look way too nice to be a crappy cue. Joint is aluminum over brass, I think. Really odd. Maybe a smalltime cue maker had access to that pin and buttcap and made his due with it?

Does anyone recognize the sleeved brass joint?

The sleeved joint was done on a lot of Taiwan and China cues in the 80's and early 90's. So I am pretty sure you now know where it was made even though you may not know the brand name.
