Cue identification help

I purchased this cue about 17 years ago from an older lady. She told me that the cue was custom made for her husband by a cue maker from the Midwest. I hope someone can help identify the cue.

Jerry Terbrock in St. Louis maybe. He made a lot of cues similar to this.

He normally always put his 'T' logo on the buttcap.

I'm not picking up the Terbrock design vibes from what I see in this cue vs what I've seen on google and AZB searches, especially since this one does not have a T on the butt cap. I actually like this cue look the best compared to all the Terbrock cues I saw in my search.
