Cue identification

That last pic needs downsizing. Too blurry. Looks kinda like a Gina in a way. No markings anywhere? Maybe a Filipino cue.
 
I thought the Philippines as well. I kind thought it looked like a Ginacue as well, the styling at least. I contacted the guy that sells the Pazzion cues on eBay regarding the cube and he said it was not a Pazzion, the pin is wrong. It has a 5/16x18 pin. Notice also the joint collar is solid and not a fitted hollow center collar. It is a very solid hitting cube and someone spent a tremendous amount of time building it for sure.
 
It's a Gina knock off very hard to tell who made it if there's no markings on it.
Maybe u can fine orginal owner long shot, but u never no.

If it was one of Ernie's cues it would be dated down at pin base.

The cue is too busy at the points.
I feel it’s because the points are messed up, and the circles are add-ons.
