afaik no ivory. that might be a 94-series cue. have to check with joss to be sure.Did they use ivory in those cues made in the 90s?
never seen a falcon with that joint. joss offered that brown phenolic on a lot of 90's cues.Could be a falcon (Joss North!) with those rounded points
Nope your right, looking at these pics on my phone and they were not fully loading.never seen a falcon with that joint. joss offered that brown phenolic on a lot of 90's cues.
Just a phenolic collar, not phenolic over steel. That's a sleeved-joint and they didn't do that. Good pic in first post: https://forums.azbilliards.com/thre...94-11-cue-is-worth-getting-refinished.331152/Nope your right, looking at these pics on my phone and they were not fully loading.
Phenolic over steel was/is a Joss calling card
Lot of times they use other natural white product like camel bone....Did they use ivory in those cues made in the 90s?
its a joss. afaik tyler's all used steel joints.Could also be a Tyler out of Canada. Collab between Falcon(Ernie Chen) and Joss(Dan Janes).
About 3/4 the way down in this post, there is a scan of an ad for Tyler cues. The cue on the left looks like it has the same joint.its a joss. afaik tyler's all used steel joints.
