Looks like an ADAMS cue.;
The same front nose as catalog cue, but maybe it was modified or custom ordered with the black implex joint and the butt cap looks different, also.
But I would say 90%+ its a late 1970's to 1980's.

PS. if you goto ADAM website and have the translation changed to english, they have many of the catalog from 1970's to END.

This is correct. The nylon and plastic say "Taiwan"
