Cue Lathe cue CNC

Hello I am looking to start making cues in my area.I would like to start off small and just do a lower line of cue with a plain 4 point being the fanciest.With that said, I am looking to invest around 5000 to start this.Can anyone tell me the best equipment to purchase for my needs.What machines will I need to accomplish a complete cue
