The guy's name is Beau. I have no affiliation with him, but I am posting the pics and contact info here for him to help him out a bit. I have no idea about any tooling or specs for the lathe, just shoot the seller an email with any questions. His craigslist ad was asking 3000. Looks like it has a taper setup and router mount.
