Cue maker id help needed

I need to find cue maker in Flordia with T.H. signed cue under butcap and date thats all the info I have and a crappy phone pic any help would be great

Ted harris comes to mind, but I am not personally knowledgeable of how he signed his cues. Good luck, John

Tom Hay was building cues in FL, but I thought he put a RT on his, for Rich and Tom if I remember right.
