Cue makers who do wood pin joints/Hoppe conversion

I'm curious to know which cue makers do wood pin joints commonly used in 3-cushion cues? Also, I have a couple of Hoppe Titleist cues and was wondering if someone knows of anyone who has done a conversion with a wood pin?
 
Ron Kilby is the ONLY American carom Cue Maker I am aware of,

Not sure on anyone else that makes them

Chuck Starkey makes an all wood joint pool cues, not carom though,but like pool cues where the pin is in the butt,
