Hello.
Now that you asked I will tell you. We had very few players show up so there was no tournament held. From the feedback we were getting the previous tournament director called the players and notified them that there would not be a tournament and that she was not working for me any more. We have a tournament director and he was there. I feel sorry for the previous tournament director that she feels that she wants to degrade herself in that manner. I wish I had known so that I could have notified the players that we were going to be there but we did not find out till the day of the tournament that that was what was going on. I am sorry for any inconviences that this may have caused. We will continue with the tour and if the players will come out they will see that I have a more qualified person on board that does know the rules. Thank you

Usually there is some sort of an announcement about upcoming tournaments in this section. Why was this tournament different? With the obvious problems you have had with the last tournament director,(your words) I would have thought that you may have wanted to cover your bases a little bit. JMO

For the record Bill Ryan contacted the previous tournament director the week of the tournament to find out the status of the tournament for that weekend and was advise (the conversations have been recorded) to contact you and also John Barton of Sterling Gaming if there were any questions and that the stop was still on. She also told Bill Ryan that the tournament was on and that if there was any assistance she could offer she would do what she could. You on the other hand told her you already contacted these room owners and the players so what is the problem here. If you are so concerned about your players and your tour you should take the time and become more proactive in being responsible for your business. The other thing you need to do is quit blaming other people for your faults and your nasty reputation. I know for a fact she has not contacted any of the players of the tour telling them that it was cancelled. As a matter of fact several players have told me personally they are not playing in your tour anymore because of you. If your new TD is so qualified then why hasn't he done his job? If you have done the things you have said you have done, which it is evident that you haven't, then why aren't people informed by you???

Then why did I get a phone call stating that they thought there was no TD going to be there and that was what they were told by your girlfriend. Who's lieing now? The room owner and the players. That is where I get my info. I know that she sent letters out to players to discourage their playing in the events would you like that one posted? How about the fact that she flat out states in an email that she has sent me no money since May but yet she had events? And she also seems to think that we have been doing business since 1900 according to her accounting. The figures she gave does not match the report forms she sent in and the money order amounts are lower than the report form. I have all of that if you'd like to look it over Ned.She also has not returned the merchandise to Fury, which they sent her a prepaid sticker. All the merchandise she has belongs to Fury, not me. Its being tracked by the company. Stated she was keeping items that do not belong to her. She got $10 per player per event....that was her pay, nothing more. She claims that I would pay her cell phone bill, but she doesn't bother to show where it is in writing that it was a loan....one she probaly never intended on paying back. There are two sides to every story and you undoubtly don't know the whole story

We are in a transition period and are working on things. We had no idea the previous TD would be so devious to say there was no tournament. Announcements did go out on the internet. Sorry you missed it. The new TD took over at the last minute to protect the business and the tour players.

THe right people in the right places know the truth of this whole situation. Jennifer sits as she always had in a positive professional manner. WE will no longer stoop to your levels. I don't need to speak for her but she would rather not post anything out here for you to respond to as you have attacked her enough and that she doesn't feel the need to defend her truthful position any longer.
