Is that forearm cracked? May just be the angle but under the joint in the bottom of the pic looks suspect.

It's a Capone cue

I did find the builders page on Facebook. He said the shafts should fit.

I don't think it's a crack.

Looks like it might be a scratch in the finish acting like a prism with the light. I'm guessing you don't have this in your hand, and are looking at a picture, someone sent you or you saw it in an ad

The 7.5 mm is a foreign radial.

If you sell this Capone let me know and any Radial shaft will fit I own a Capone as well
