Cue repair in Middle TN

I live just outside Murfreesbo TN, and would like to find someone to possibly turn down a 314 to 12.3 (same taper) and have a Kaumi Black soft installed. Also is it possible to change the collar? It is going on a P3 and I would like the P3 style collar. Anyone in the area?

The tip & T/D could be done in 1/2 hr.
The other work (jnt. collar) will take 2 days.
Also, you're going to lose 1/4-3/8" length in the shaft by going to the P3 collar.
You might just be further ahead by ordering a new shaft from Seyberts.

Thanks, that is what I have been thinking. They offer to turn down the shafts so I will probably to that. I just really have not made up my mind if I want an OB1 or 314^2.
