I hate to knock the guy's sale, but that is not a Full Size Cue Smith.
It is a Micro Cue Smith 2 with bed extension, wrap motor and such. That is basically the same thing I sell now for $1200 and it has some extras and is missing some small items like collets and such from what I see in the pictures. It was made between 1993 and 1999.

Thanks for the info I was thinking of bidding on it. I saw on the lathe that it said Buffalo Missouri are you still there?

No, I moved from Buffalo in early 1999, so that is how I know the time frame that the lathe was made. Also because of the style of the larger steady rest, I tend to think that lathe was made closer to 1999 than 1993. It is probably only 13 to 14 years old.
