Has anyone ever seen a cue stick with an inertial dampeners?

You mean like the ones used in 1701D Enterprise ?

But I suspect you mean the rubber bumpers on the butt end sometimes known as "Limb savers"

Yes like the Enterprise. A hypothetical device that corrects for human user error in stroke.

For a sales show I have a magnetized cue tip and magnetized cue ball that almost always line up center spot.

However to get that to work for any location on a cue ball is a different problem. Which leads me to Star Trek technology.

What are your thoughts?

Think special need populations.
If you mean physically challenged pool players, that might be all of 'em. I think the best start on the stroke handicapped would be from the mechanical end. Specifically, an articulated shooting device that can move a cue segment like a real stroke. It would have mechanical linearity so gyros and hocus pocus wouldn't be necessary.
