im going to be moving soon and was wondering if the summer heat would harm cues? right now they are kept in a case on a shelf in an ac house. im moving into a place without any ac and was wondering if they would be fine in the case on a shelf as hot as it is. during the days the temp inside usualy gets as hot as it is outside (~100 all summer) and drops to mid 70s at night. would this hurt the cues if they are kept in a case all the time? thanks for the input...

Yep. Temperature variations like that are not good for the cues. Everything expanding and contracting at different rates and amounts (because of the different materials). Not good at all.

Friend had a Nice Dufferin they are Snow Birds, and went home for Summer, let the dufferin in the Trunk of the AZ Car that is parked in the garage of the AZ Winter home all summer. Guess what the Cue got a Warp in the Shaft & Butt Section...
