Cue Tip Machine

Does anybody know where I can get a tip making machine? I have some ideas for new materials and tips but I need to get a machine to make them.
 
I don't know anything about making tips so take it for what it's worth.. But if it were me and assuming you'd want to make the tips "layered" I think I'd clamp them in a vice of some sort, and then send them out to get them laser cut. I would think the laser cut would turn out much better, and leave a nice uniform finish on the sides of the tip? On the upside, it's cheap as well.. Probably cut a 1000 tips for 50 bucks or there abouts..
