Cue Tip Shaping

Hi all,

I would really like to know how to shape a cue tip properly. Does anyone have a good website that discribes this? Or can anyone tell me the best way to do this? The cue tip I will be shaping is a 12mm if that makes any difference at all.
If there is a video I could download to teach me about this even, that would be amazing.
