What cue tip would you recomend? I have only used Le Pro and Moori Medium. I am just curious?:)

well most people will tell you its a matter of PERSONAL PREFRENCE just try some and see how u like em here are a few sugguestions given to me when i first started playing

SNIPER
TALISMAN
TRIANGLE

i like the triangle but i have yet to try the other two i cant wait though im trying a talisman soon

You need to try different tips and pick the one you like best. The HIT that each tip produces is subjective. What I like, you may not like. FWIW, my favorite tip is Triangle.

My favorite is the Milk Dud.

What's that?

It's an Elkmaster that is soaked in milk at room temperature for 24 hours, then squeezed as tight as I can get it in a C-clamp (Home Depot has 'em for less than 2 bucks) for another 24 hours, then installed, shaped and chalked.

I have more than 50 hours on mine, play and break with it, and it hasn't mushroomed a bit.

Soft hit/feel with no mushrooming and juice to spare.

Try it; you'll like it.

I soak them in water for a half hour then compress a day till .180 tall. Soft feel and holds chalk well. No more spin than any other tip but if you like a softer feel it's a good way to go. Mine don't mushroom at all either.
