As far as I´m concerned, I´ve never ever been disappointed in dealing with Dave or Markus.
Both love the game and cues from the bottom of their heart and this is how they act.
I owned some cues in my life (e.g. BB, Scruggs, PFD, Carmeli, Murrell, Mottey) and also played some cues (Vollmer, Arthur, Searing, Prewitt, McDaniel, B.Szamboti, Hercek and lots of production cues) and really no cue played better- maybe even, but not better.
If you order a shaft or cue- hope you believe me- you have the choice between "f*** great"or "oh my god".
Haven´t heard about any disappointment so far!
A little advice: Take an inch of extra length and a diameter of 12,5 mm
