Hi: There is a lot of spill=over from guitars to cues as far a skills, wood knowledge and craft discipline is concerned. I made my wife a beautiful
D-28 dreadnought in the bluegrass tradition some years ago. She is
originally from the Western North Carolina area (Morganton) and there is
a lot of music in her family. If you are ever in the Ashville area check out
Cormack International (actually Weaverville). Last time I was there they had some beautiful, 50-year old Brazilian sides and backs squirreled away. They probably have the largest supply of pink ivory I have seen. Good luck with
