Cues In Hot Cars

Biloxi Boy

Man With A Golden Arm
Out of fear of warping, I will not leaving a cue in my car for any extended period, whether for a couple of hours, overnight, or for days on end. But, I have occasionally read that some folks have kept their cues in cars for long periods without any harm coming to them. What is y'alls experience?

some can get away with it. i know a few that do
just ask yourself, is the risk worth the reward? and youll have your answer

The only real damage is going to happen if you have rapid changes in temperature. It's okay to leave your cue in the car in a case. But your going to need to bring it up to temperature slowly.

Twelve piece diamond wood butt and Revo shaft, should be good till WW3 or 2424.
Unless someone steals it.

My old 1980's Meucci Original did warp slightly after being stored vertically in its case. It eventually returned to normal after being stored horizontally (can't remember how long, but I'm guessing at least a few years)

Some folks got lucky.

Anything that has any adhesive involved in the construction, is subject to become compromised in extreme temperatures.
