Cues in Progress - You won't see them finished

Hi,

I just saw a new album of Tony Bautista showing cues in progress. According to him, most of the cues pictured are in various stages of construction. However, he will not put up pictures once they are completed due to the preference of the owners. I just viewed the cues. I really like them. It showed one of my cues too (hehehe).

the "skrim" cue that is a knock off of bill schicks "gargoyle" was sold on ebay over a month ago. so i'm thinkin it might be done

Yup. Looking at the pictures in the net of the Gargoyle and the Dragon scrimm on the cue you were referring to, you are correct. I hope the ebay auction was not passing it off as the Gargoyle. Can the link still be viewed?

Pretty good work! How long does it take Mr. Bautusta to finish a custom cue - say a level 2 or 3 type of cue? Weeks? Months? A year?

couldnt find it but i dont know much about searching on ebay

the sale made no reference to the gargoyle

bautista said a customer gave him the design to build and he wasnt aware of the gargoyle

Anyway, I just want to let you know that I'm trying to work out the thing we discussed about a cue. Hopefully things will run smoothly.

I'm not so familiar with cue levels. I just see that Tony makes a nice cue that looks good as well. From previous experience, it takes him 2-3 months for the Jazz line. He says he can only make 2-4 of his Tony Bautista signed cues per year. We you able to contact him?

I jus cam off out of his page i was alot but how much there is that is killer..

I'm intrigued by this one... ivory butt cap, sleeve and handle. Wide silver rings. I can opnly guess what will happen here. He's not telling. Engraved ivroy and silver?
