CueTable locks my Explorer every time

I started noticing that certain threads would lock Explorer and cause it to error off. I could not be sure what caused the lock because I obviously didn't see the thread, but kinda figured it was CueTable. Well, just tried to go to the Cuetable website and it locked Explorer.

Does anyone have any insight into what software I may need to upgrade on the laptop to solve the problem?

BTW, this is not a knock on CueTable- problem is obviously on my computer side.

Thanks for any help,
Steve

Check to se ethat you have up to date Adobe Shockwave installed.

You can go to Adobe.com, I believe.

Shockwave

There is a new version of Shockwave out. I just updated to it yesterday.

Also, get a different browser. I recommend you get FireFox or Flock for a browser, they are more user friendly.

Flock is at: http://www.flock.com

Dear Steve:

As we have tested a month ago, Adobe Shockwave Player will work with Internet Explorer both Window XP and Vista. You might want to make sure you download the FULL VERSION of Adobe Shockwave Player from here:

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/#sp

Just in case that does not solve the problem for you, could you send your computer info such as CPU speed, operating system, and browser version to our online support forum:

Thank you very much for your support :)

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Unfortunately, even after upgrading Shockwave I still have the same issue. Looks like I'll have to do some heavy duty debugging.

Wish me luck!

Steve
