Would anyone know why the cuetable layout from Mosconiac's 10-ball drill thread will display on my computer but no one else's cuetable layouts will show up? I haven't been able to see any of them since reloading the operating system a couple months ago, but now this one shows up fine and the others still don't.

I am in the same boat as you and have tried everything I can think of to
cure the problem. However I do know why we can see the other one. Its
a .jpeg image. We have trouble seeing the actual Cuetable layouts but not normal jpegs.


I have tried many things and none of them worked.
I am going to reload to a new operating system within a few weeks and I hope that resolves it.
My buddy seems to think that its because I dont run SP2. However on
another computer with the same setup it works.
 
Do you guys have the compatibility set for your browser? Wei helped me figure this out on my work pc. I could see from home, but not work. Set the compatibility for Windows 2000 or higher and see if that works.

Dear there:

Please download the shockwave installer directly from Adobe site http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/ and do a manual install. In most of cases it will take less than 5 min to do.

Adobe Shockwave Player is a fairly common browser plug-in for common PC or Mac computers. It is also fairly simple and secure. Please feel free to contact me if you need a little assistance to walk you through the process.
 
I just uninstalled and manually installed Shockwave. It came up and said that installation was complete.
Still cant view Cuetable.
Also ran the test on their site and only flash was working.
Very frustrating.
 
The reason mine shows up is it is a screenshot hosted on photobucket. There is a way to show the cuetable directly, but not everyone is capable of "seeing" it yet. I will be using the added AZB feature in the future.

Hi,

The shockwave installation is pretty simple on most of computers. If anyone is having troubles please feel free to contact me.

I really believe using layout urls is much better way to comunicate. Here is something I did quickly to your layout.. (sorry I forgot to chalk in the last shot..)
