For sale is a Cuetec Cynergy carbon fiber playing cue for $550 + shipping. Also included is a Cuetec 6" butt extension, joint protectors, and tip tool. The butt has an ebony finish with a black linen wrap, and the shaft has a recently installed Kamui Black soft tip. The cue was purchased new about 1 year ago and has been well maintained. It is in good condition with only minor blemishes from normal play.

Specifications are as follows:

Overall:
Length = 58” (64” w/extension)
Weight = 18.1 oz. (22.5 oz. w/extension)

Shaft:
Length = 29”
Weight = 3.8 oz.
Tip diameter = 12.5mm

Butt:
Length = 29”
Weight = 14.3 oz.
Joint = 3/8 X 14

Extension:
Length = 6”
Weight = 4.4 oz.

I like this cue a lot, it plays great. I wanted to make sure that I was capable of making the switch to carbon fiber before spending a ton of money on a cue. I recently bought a Predator Revo, so I don't need the Cuetec anymore. Although I like the Revo a little better, it's not necessarily worth the huge jump in price. The Cuetec is a great cue also.

Wait I’m confused. So you didn’t think the revo was worth the jump in price..but you said you bought one..why do you like the revo better. Curious.
 
A lot of the reasons I like the Predator are cosmetic. It's hard to describe, but the Revo has a particular texture and a certain way it reverberates that just feels a little better to me. The Uniloc joint is convenient, and the particular cue I bought uses some higher quality woods and materials. I obviously found it worth the expense, but I don't think the Cuetec is any less of a cue in terms of play performance.

Yea I didnt get the linen one that you had. I have the wrapless because thats what I prefer. Personally I would have preferred a 12.7 tip but viking and I forget which other cf only has it. Taking some getting used too. I am coming from a cheap fiberglass cue and shaft that played phenomenally and had so much power and efficiency that you had to hit lighter on certain shots. I lost it and never found out what it was called or anything, so sad. This cuetec doesnt hit with the same power sadly. I think there is something about graphite/fiberglass cues.
