Cuetec fiberglass one-piece cues

My table dealer recently began selling these at $30 apiece. His intention is to market these cues as house cues for pool rooms and bars, the advantage being that they don't warp.

I bought a 21 oz. and a 19 oz., and am very pleased. I'm unfamiliar with deflection and other hyper-technical concepts I see discussed on this board, but I find that this stick plays as well as any wooden cue I've ever played.

Anybody else hit with a Cuetec fiberglass?

I hit a few balls w/ one at Island Breakers in Merritt Island, Florida. They have them marked with "HOUSE CUE".

B.T.W.... Island Breakers was one of the nicest rooms i've ever seen...check it out if you ever get an opportunity!

Don't believe that no warp hype. It is still wood on the inside They will still warp sometimes..

I have 24 of these in my room and people love them for some reason.
They are happy and that makes me happy.

Unless they've changed the design, they're actually two piece glued together. The room I play at had a couple come apart at the joint. Nothing wrong with them nobody's complained as far as I know. The new owner went and bought more. Good house cue IMO :)
