CueTec R360 core diameters

Hello gents...
Quick question..... Do the CueTec R360 shafts all have the same inner core OD regardless of the overall OD of the wood portion of the shaft? I ask because a friend wants me to cut down his R360 from 12.5 to 11.8. It's only a reduction of .018" to the OD but I just wanted to make sure there's enough wall thickness to the wood. Thanks.

I haven't had any of those apart yet, but I would probably be more worried about the ferrule becoming too thin before I'd worry about the wood.
