Cuetec SST

I took the plunge and spent quite a bit on a Cuetec SVB Ghost cue W/ 11.5 Cynergy shaft but just come to find out the long SST taper is so long that it seems very whippy. Has anyone experienced that? Ed

never hit that shaft but i've yet to hit a single cf shaft that i'd call 'whippy', actually its been the opposite in almost every case.

maybe it's the 11.5 version.
I have the 12.5mm and it's not that whippy.

The SMO is whippy compared to most CF shafts

Ok Thank you. Must be that long tapper. I guess it’s the longest in the industry.

I have the 12.5 and I never experienced that. But that whippet sensation is why I don’t go below 12.
