CueTrack, how do I use it?

hello,

I am back in the mood to play some pool after finally staring to lose my fear of COVID and i found a dusty CueTrack in the closet next to the pool cue cases. I did a quick google search and can't find any videos of how to use it, and the threads I found on here are mostly about buying and selling one.

Would anyone have any tips or recommendations on how to best practice with it? I assume the ?guide? fits on shaft with enough room for your bridge and a moderate stroke in front of it, so am I just trying to not touch the side pins when I hit the cue ball? I am also thinking this is only for straight shots or slight follow and draw english vs left or right spin.

note: i looked for a more specific forum but i could not find one that seem appropriate so I apologize in advance if this is not a "mains" type of post

thanks!

I have been a member here for a long time, but i guess i'm back to being a new member when the forums updated/changed at some point.

I'd sell that for the $500 in a second, looks like you can make one with a $5 plastic tube and $10 worth of wood dowels. The $485 I have left I can take some lessons for several days from a top instructor or buy a new cue.

thanks, i'll contact a few of the sellers and see if they have any advice. I definitely should have saved the videos on the site they were sold on. I'm thinking that the wayback machine might have some saved versions of the site as well.

That chain drops are looking crazy. Probably gonna drive your competitors/ friends nut with it. Good and consistent player can even strike straight with an extended reach either further ahead or further to the side without that swagging chain
