Cushion performance question.

Have a 63 gold crown with original monarch superspeed cushions and was wondering if how table is set up affects speed of cushions? I seem to detect a change after a move and recovering rails and table. I know different cloth has different ball speed and feel dont know if it affects cushions and was told cloth is championship titan.

What exactly is the difference in "before" and "after" the move and recovery?

Seems to be slower(not as lively) coming off the rails compared to before move with old cloth. Can cloth make that much of a change?
