I have ten Valley bar tables I want to upgrade to premium playing standards. Simonis is the cloth being used but will be replaced soon and I would like your recommendations on what is the best replacement rail cushions to buy. My assumption is that with the best cloth and best cushions there is no reason the Valleys won't play as well as Diamonds bar table. What do you think?

You should buy your cushions from Glen. Your table will play better but they won't play like diamonds. The slate isn't as thick and will sag in the center, theres not as many level adjustment you can make on the valleys. Secondly, The way the rails are mounted is inferior to the Diamond style.

Sdbilliards is talking about buying the rail assembly from Glen, he makes new subrails and changes the angles so you can use k-66 cushions, I would order them pre-covered in simonis, you could knock those tables out in about 15 or 20 minutes a piece if you have precovered rails. Your league players will absolutely love them. I would go with either the Championship tour edition cushions or if you really want to splurge go with artemis cushions.
