Custom cue repair/modification in Phoenix?

Hi all. Been lurking and reading for a LONG time. I see a lot of names that I recognize from when I used to post on the usenet groups.

I've got a couple new cues that I would like to have the shafts turned down from 13mm to 12.5mm. I've been having tons of trouble finding a shop or anyone in the Phoenix area that will do this.

Does anybody have any idea where I could have this done? Am I going to have to ship them off somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Scott Sherbine of Proficient Billiards (proficientbilliards.com) is well known for excellent work at reasonable prices. I had him turn a Jacoby shaft from 13.4 to 12.8, and the result was fantastic--that Jacoby has now become my favorite cue. Scott appears to have a tremendous reputation, from what I've read.
