Custom made 9-ball or 8-ball

I saw a tape of the Accu-stats 8-ball Invitational, where they used a special 8-ball. It is black and white striped.

Now my question is, can anybody give me information where such a poolball can be made, to my own design(look at my avatar). For "show" would be nice, but I am looking for such a designed poolball to be played with. I had some conversation with Aramith, but I would have to order a minimum of 1.500 pieces.:eek: That is too expensive...:(

Who can help me out?????
 
There's a few sellers on eBay that offer custom cue balls that you can have your picture put on, etc. Maybe they can do what you are looking for. Check out the following sellers on eBay:

You can do a search via the Advanced Search option for the seller name, or do a regular search for "custom cue ball". That should point you in the right direction.

I beleive the 8 ball is striped like that to help pick it out in the pack of balls on the TV. Similar to the off colors in the Aramith and Brunswick Cent. TV versions.

I beleive this 8 ball is available online at a few Pool stores...

Other then those picture cue balls, I have never seen custom balls before until your avatar! Neat!

Just to be sure you understand, the 9-ball in my avatar is not existing(yet:( ). A friend and I designed it for a special tournament, for on the flyer. The colours blue, white, green and red, represent the flag of the Moluccan Republic. That is in Indonesia.;)

I organise the Moluccan 8, and 9-ball championships here in the Netherlands and thought it would be very nice to play the final with such a 9-ball :p

But so far no success. I can put a picture on a ball, but not completely around it.

Do you know a name of the stores that sell these special striped 8-ball's you mentioned?

That's the one! That's the 8-ball I meant! I am gonna buy it for sure!!!!

But still no one who can make the 9-ball like in my avatar yet....:(
