Custom Mid-Cue Extension

Does anyone know of mid-cue extensions that have different joint styles on each end? I need one that goes from a Falcon 5/16 X 14 butt to a uni-loc shaft, preferably as short as possible.

Before you buy one, ask what size the pilot is on the female side. I'm pretty sure the i.d. of the Falcon joint was around .480 instead of what most call the standard .500.
