This is a Pechauer. (out of catalogue - custom cue)

Cocobolo butt, leather wrap, inlayed joint -with ivory-, 314 shaft, cocobolo joint protector set.

If you don't mind me asking, what makes it a "custom cue"?? I mean if it's out of a catalog.
