Weight of both Shafts and Butt ?

Does the cue have a Wrap ? Hard to tell from Pics

Thanks for the kind words. Sorry i forgot the specs. This cue is wrapless and the butt weighs 16.8 and the shafts both weigh 3.8. Both shafts are full, s1-13/ s2-12.9. This cue does not have a weight bolt and the hit is very solid.
